13.1 By spribe. spribe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity; the player's identity cannot be verified; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity.
13.2 Balance on Closure. Where an account is closed by spribe for legitimate operational reasons (not for breach), any verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances on accounts closed for breach of Terms may be forfeited pending investigation.
